Had a great experience with One Main. The loan application and follow up phone calls were quick and easy. It was convenient being able to upload online the documents that they needed to make their decision. My loan was ok'd in less then 24 hours after applying. The funds were direct deposited into my checking account the next business day. Thanks alot!

People are friendly and told me what to bring in, quick and simple. Very helpful.

I can never get ahold of them. If you try to call they never answer. And when you go in you have to wait an hour to get help. Will never visit them again. I wish I could give them 0 stars

What a joke ...tell my husband and I that were approved for a lower amount then applied for then have us send our paperwork info then needing my W2 then drive part way there get a call and said not qualify for that amount when first said we did supposively they did not do all the calculations what a joke nothing but liars never try an go though them again in the future .

Good understanding of what I needed to do.

I had spoke with someone last Thursday n they were supposed to get back with me by Friday afternoon. N. Ever did n I called a few times Friday afternoon n also today n there has been absolute no answer just consistatly going to voice mail and no return calls at all.would love it if someone would return my phone calls everything at the start went very smooth n I was able to get ahold of someone every time I called

I have been calling this branch for over 2 weeks now and have not heard a word back. No one answers the phone or seems to return messages, very frustrating to "work" with. I don't recommend doing banking with them

Customer service at its worst , got my loan ok but everything after that not good , no I not one of those guys that are late and being a jerk, I am on time and current fyi , they don’t like to return phone calls and it seem any questions are inconvenient for them , will never return, look it up they got in trouble for there shady practices in July of this year
