Changing banks after decades at the same place was a bit nerve racking…members first made my decision easier and seamless! Plus, the folks are always friendly!!! Thank you!

Incompetent!! They are always 'Messed up on their end' for any banking! After having automatic payments for years they randomly have it stopped on their end and the payment ends up late and account is then frozen because of it. Will be switching to another establishment! Adding to this review: I did contact them and it got worse. All they care about is your money making them interest, not that it's your money and you have bills to pay or kids to feed.

Worst banking experience we have ever received. My mother in law is a member of this bank and got a loan to pay off some bills, they say they have to mail a cashier's check it's been 30 days our bill still has not been paid, they refuse to do a stop payment until 30 days, we went in today to get a stop payment only to be told we have to wait and see IF they will do it then they will reissue a check and mail it out again. We are now over $500 behind on our bill thanks to these people and losing everything yet again because they refuse to do their job and listen to us. The services we are losing again are vital to our families survival and they just don't care. They keep doing this Tim and time again.

Every employee I have dealt with has been friendly, helpful and courteous. Their hours fit my banking schedule. I have my vehicle loan through them and am pleased with the application process, approval process and payments. I was made aware of everything prior to my loan, percent rate was great as well. I would absolutely recommend Members First Credit Union in Gladwin!
