Seriously closing your lobby on Saturday? One of the days most people have off and want to come take care of their banking….. Thank you, the decision to switch credit unions is easy decision now! Hire more people, stop restricting people on when and how they can access your credit union with THIER money on it…. Only drive-through opening on a Saturday is unacceptable!

They almost can't wait to take your money during a dispute with anything almost like the crooks , will not back you what so ever! With anything! Almost say there not a bank!

Good luck getting a call back in a timely manner. Ended up getting a wayy better interest rate through another bank & ACU couldnt even come close to.matching it. They seem under staffed & now closed Saturdays... Not to mention these darn $5.00 service fees for transferring my money between my linked accounts... Time to Adventure to another CU!

Opened an account and got a car loan from Adventure. Priciliana Gonzalez was fabulous! She took her time explaining all the options, helped us with all our questions and circumstances. She even made sure all our information (such as beneficiaries) were correct. Priciliana is very knowledgeable, I would highly recommend talking with her!
