Arrived 5:45, 15min prior to closing. Wouldn’t let me in as the doors were locked. Stores hours are until 6pm (posted on the door and online) - NO sign was posted outside for early closing. 2 women at the counter just ignored me as I knocked on the door. Came off work late and needed to cash a check. So rude and unprofessional.

Heather is always so helpful!!! She really cares about people that come through the door! She was very helpful to me in January when I had some health issues and couldn’t come in to make a payment. She pushed it back until I got out of the hospital so I wouldn’t be charged extra! She is truly amazing and deserves a raise!

I have been with checkngo for over a year and they have been AMAZING! Since I've been going Amber and Nikki have treated me with such respect integrity and GREAT Customer Service! I recently ran into a problem when I decided to have checking little cash my check because I couldn't make it in time before the Thanksgiving holiday. A great gentleman by the name of Will helped me in this process. There was a problem and a glitch in the computer that was showing I still had a long open when I didn't and it was paid in full and I had the bank statement to prove it. Will worked diligently for a few days by contacting Nikki and Amber and also his district manager. Will treated me with respect and show great determination and compassion toward my situation as he tried to figure it out. I really appreciate the people that I've mentioned their hard work passion and dedication and the level of respect they have for me as a customer. Thank you

I've been going to this location for over 2yrs and this IS BY FAR the BEST Location! EVERYONE there Is ALWAYS POLITE, and Helpful, and Most Importantly PATIENT in there Customer Service! Sue is a Rotating Manager for CnG and Is Always Nice to see and deal with because she Always treats her customers GREAT and With RESPECT! If you need Anything from like $20 to $600, give them a try. And Unlike "some" places, their Payment Plans Are Easy and Straightforward. So Even If your Credit is kind of "sketchy", they Will Do Everything they can to help you. Check 'em out.

This location is the best place to go if you want to be treated with respect and professionally be treated. The manager is one of the most perfftional people I have ever met. (I'm a retired C.O.O. from Marriott International) and I really know what it takes in today's business world. Take my advice and promote this Manager to a training manager's position. Came here to cash a check and the experience was great! Justin the store manager did a great job at getting my info and getting me in and out. I will come back here more often to cash my check.
