The person who set up my account lie and mislead me the whole time even after explaining why I switching in the first place.... It wasn’t till months later that the truth came out. The guy I dealt with wouldn't know the truth if it bit him.... when confronted all you get is a very pathetic my bad. Worst experience I have ever had with a bank..... working on switching back to my old bank where they know the truth.
