Rich never answers his phone. People want to purchase a mobile home from us and it’s going on 60 days with no closing date provided. They said we needed a title without the bank signing off on it so we got them that last Monday. He has everything he needs and still no date for closing. He claims the banks are slow but I just bought a house 2 weeks ago and am closing tomorrow. Glad I have lawyers in my family because this process has been a nightmare and now I’m going to have to get lawyers involved to hear a closing date or to just ditch this company all together. Terrible place to work with.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!! This business is a one man operation and he clearly doesn't want to do his job. After I found a buyer we set the close date for 3 weeks later. 3 weeks is plenty of time for any other financing/closing of a trailer. Typically other businesses can do this in one week. Well, it took Rich 7 weeks to conduct a closing meeting. And this was with myself and my realtor hounding him to close. Even then, it took another 3 weeks to get the money from the sale. That's right, 3 weeks after we closed I finally got my money. To top it all off, the whole time he kept saying that these delays were normal or someone else's fault. Just ridiculous and stressful the whole way through.

As a principal of Keysource Funding, this is the only way to dispute the two horrible comments that were brought to my attention. We have been in business since 2013. Just now I am informed of two unattractive comments. Both of these comments appear to be from sellers of homes. We don't work for sellers. Our duty is to applicants/ buyers. We commit our services and their privacy to our clients. The unfortunate circumstances likely had to do with circumstances beyond our control. Certainly we understand that the seller has interest in closing a sale. Often we have no reason or opertunity to speak with sellers. Our obligation is to the buyer.
