Jennifer was exceptional during a stressfull time for me. Still can't believe how easy the process was. I would recommend OneMain Financial to anyone.

Jake was very professional and nice, but was very confused and gave me very misleading information. He told me I got approved and to come in at 1 today, I got to the appointment just for the manager to say unfortunately I made a mistake on my end and are hands our tied. Do not do busy With them

Ana is amazing...it was so easy and she knew every answer to my questions. Also she was fun and easy going. I had my money the next day and started rebuilding my credit! Update: they are still great.. a year later they still are present and helpful!!!

Applied for loan late on a Tuesday. Whoever I spoke to at the branch on Apline Avenue, said I may hear back that same night or tomorrow. It is now 6 days later, 4 of those are their business days, and I have not received a call telling me anything. Left a message for a return call Friday morning. Nothing all day Monday. I am sorry but this is very poor customer service. I was borrowing to make a purchase and I am holding up the seller. Don't tell me same day or next day answer and after almost a week, still nothing. If this is your example of customer service, it is no wonder I am going somewhere else. I am greatly disappointed and angry.

Brooke R is awesome! She was extremely helpful every step of the way. She even dealt with the financial company that was being an absolute pain about refinancing my truck through One Main. Just her dealing with those people should earn her 10+ gold stars.
