This lender chose not to proofread the documents for a loan closing. The buyer's social security number was wrong. Rhey gave the docs to the title company and they let her sign everything and even gave the ok to her agent and gave the keys away on a house under my insurance. What would have happened if I'd suffered a loss on what was at that moment my property? Why would you give the keys to someone knowing something was wrong. These people didn't call me, didn't email me, and didn't contact my realtor until I noticed that they also didn't send my money for the transaction. But wait, there's more! They waited for the seller to come back and sign everything and then decided to send my money super late in the day...I didn't get the wire until Tuesday when she closed on Friday. No apology was made and now I'm playing hell with them to refund my closing cost, a service they absolutely SUCKED at attempting. I would avoid this place at all costs. I'm an experienced buyer/seller and by buyer was a first timer. This has been an ordeal made far worse by careless mistakes and non chalant employees. This lenser didn't communicate and moved like a turtles. There is no reason for it other than to give people a gard rime. Do not use them! They are small time and do not care what you don't know!
