Literally worst bank ever. I am a good member have been with the bank for 15+ years. They will tell you one thing then have you call someone else for them to tell you “you were Misinformed” (this happens constantly) they allow debts to pull early and give you fees for them, that you have to dispute to get removed when it was not on your end. Then guess what …they don’t remove them and say it was the other companies fault that you have to contact them. They don’t own up to any of their mistakes. They have given out the wrong amount of money multiple times on my occasion and to people I know. Oh and if your account gets hacked don’t worry. They will help months later when they finish their reports. You don’t matter to them at all you are a number. Stay clear of the fees and ignorant people here.

My experience is actually back from October into November of 2020. The rest of my family members are members of Northland Federal Credit Union. I have actually been a previous customer before I moved down to Indiana in 2006. But when I move back up here and tried to open an account, I was pretty much given the same experience as another reviewer who said that girls up front are very rude, it seems that they have a certain satisfaction with turning people away. Like they have a sick love for authority over people and denying them. So I talked to my family and they said that they never go to the Greyling Northland Federal Credit Union due to this issue and have cited the same exact reason... The girls up front are rude, disrespectful, and make you want to pull your hair out. I am going up to the location and Gaylord because they said that the people that work there are absolutely amazing compared to the people here at the Grayling location. Also, for the people that work on behalf of this company that choose to respond to people, I don't want any of your help. I don't want you calling me with your fake platitudes and Promises of this and that. You have people that work there that need to be fired. And honestly it doesn't matter if you do change out the people because I will never walk back into that place ever again. I will only use Gaylord. Wish I could have kept my USAA Bank but they don't exist anywhere but I'm a coast.

Just moved to the Grayling area from downstate and needed to switch to a local Credit Union. Went to Northland three times to try to open an account. The customer "service" woman was rude and came up with multiple excuses not to be bothered with new customers. First it was address change, then wanted mail, then it wasn't the right mail. Disgusted, we went around the corner and opened an account at North Central Area Credit Union. They were friendly and very helpful, and immediately opened an account for us. Mind you we have perfect credit and a substantial savings to transfer from our previous Credit Union, which we have been members of for many years. Your loss, Northland. Treat your potential new customers better!

I was able to work with Northland for a car loan. They were helpful, listened to my concerns and the experience was great!

Shoutout to northland for leaving me stranded without warning at the gas station without access to my hard earned money. Second time in 6 years. Constant issues with auto pay and online banking. Bank at own risk!!!!!

Love the tellars there very friendly and helpful, been with them for many years, and I hope to be there for.many years to come, I won't use any other bank, ever.
