Honor Credit Union - Gwinn, Gwinn, MI

The customer service was much improved since the last time I came in. Lincoln in particular was ver personable and helpful. Although, the answering machine this bank has is enough to make you pull your hair out. It takes ages to actually speak to someone, and you have to listen to over half of a very long intro to be able to hit the two buttons it take to get to an actual person.

This is my absolute favorite of all the branches in the U.P - specifically Tracy at the Gwinn location she is always in a great mood an always fixing every little problem I have !

Our local office is great, 5 stars. Calling the 800 number for any help is some of the worst customer "service" I have every experienced, 0 stars.

I love being a Honor Credit Union member. I have had the best banking services here. Thank you for all you do.

I can't say enough how much i appreciate our Local Gwinn Honor Credit Union! They are just awesome! i needed an RV loan and within - hours - like maybe TWO, they had financing all setup and the check ready to go! Amazing!!!

I recently went to my local HCU branch in Gwinn to inquire about a HELOC. I worked with one of your member specialists, Shirley Juidici. She took the time to go over several options of taking out a loan and ultimately, I chose an auto re-fi loan which worked out much better for my needs.
