The best customer service experience ever! Crystal is so personable... Very sweet and so helpful. I have had bad experiences in the past with loan places but Crystal has turned that all around. I never give great reviews but I had to come on here and tell everyone about my experience here! I am beyond grateful for the help that Check N Go provides my family and also for Crystal being such an amazing manager! Thanks guys!

My best Check and go experience was right Here. The cashier/store clerk Crystal is amazing to work with. She's very personable, she's very patient and very kind. Aside from that, she follows through and make sure that you're taking care of business and you don't fall behind. I appreciate that in a loan officer.

They never update their hours, here it is Christmas Eve, the security roll-up gate is open, but door is locked, and i can't even reach them by phone. Came up here on a couple Saturdays, before closing time, and they were closed. I asked clerk about it, she said we are not open on saturdays anymore... Yet, the busimess hours sign says they still are. Other than that, the customer representatives are usually friendly and quick to get the job done.
