Superior National Bank, Hancock, MI

This is by far the most difficult bank I've ever dealt with. I have 5 accounts across 5 different financial institutions including offshore accounts internationally and this is by far the worst one to work with ever. If you want a easy smooth transaction process on a refinance for a home do not go here for it. They will stick you in a construction loan for simple renovations with a high interest variable rate. Then hold the money from you in another account and demand invoices for even the smallest amount of money before releasing funds back to you. This isn't my first rodeo doing this and this is by far the worst, inconvenient, hassle, frustrating, time consuming process I've ever dealt with. If it wasn't for the rush trying to get this work done before winter I would have used one of my other banks out of state. Which is where I'll be refinancing to asap so Superior isn't making money off my interest payments.

Not open 24 hours, indeed Lobby closed to public, open for appointments I think.
