Family Financial Credit Union, Hart, MI

Family Financial allowed me to unknowingly pay a late fee for TWO YEARS on my loan! I had automatic withdrawal from another bank that missed a payment and not one attempt to notify me. The loan officer literally said it was my fault! I'm out over $600 I do not recommend this credit union

Love love love their loan officers, but the other women in there do struggle. Recently changed my name and added my husband onto my account and had to make a grand total of 4 visits there to get everything sorted out. Just left there with no answers, I had to do my own research. I stopped in there to get my leinholder information to fax my proof of auto insurance to and the lady that helped me had no clue, gave me their local fax number. She even said she didnt know, if you dont know, ask someone who does, dont give out incorrect information? If it wasnt so conveniently located I would switch, every time I go in there there is an issue.

Have always had a smooth experience with Family Financial since 1998. I have referred many friends and will continue to do so.
