All around the best bank out there, I especially love their tellers on the ATM machine. They can do whatever face to face tellers can do. I will always stay with them and tell everyone I know and love to become a member.

I’ve always had a good experience interacting with the folks at Consumers. Julie Baltmanis is especially helpful with any questions or concerns I may have. I wouldn’t think of banking anywhere else!

Never but missed a payment always paid on time more than my regular payment on my final payment I selected pay off When doing so 2 days later I go check my account again and they have the nerve to charge me 19 cents even though I paid my payment early on the 7th And wasn't due until the 8th even though a manager told me even if I paid it on the 8th even through another bank they would have seen I try to make an on time payment and would not charge me I hate Getting miss information Will not be shopping for a loan thru them ever again. Although The owner contacted me and made everything right I think there stage needs to take a page because there help overe the phone was not helpful and told me there was nothing they could do so pay the 19 cents. So I will revise to a 3 star instead of a 1. Just think the rest of the staff could be as helpful as the owner

I joined the credit union today, and the process was really relaxed and enjoyable! Victoria, Stephanie, and Giselle took the time to explain a variety of different account types. I ended up opening both a checking account and a certificate of deposit. It feels good to know that these folks are looking out for me as I save money for the future ☺️

Stephanie at Consumers Credit Union is a great partner. She explained the process of getting a home equity loan and what to expect along the way. The online process was simple to follow and submit documentation, decision/approval took just a day or two and the closing was easy. Very happy we are in the CCU community
