Worked with Ms. Goddard on opening new accounts and moving money between accounts. She is very knowledgeable and efficient. She is my go to lady at CU. CU has offered competitive rates but also personal service I don't get at online banks. I have been a client there for about 10 years and plan to continue banking at CU.

In a world we’re banks are always buying new banks and reps change constantly who have no idea who their customer is, I choose to use this financial institution even though I no longer live in the area for the continued attention to customer care, small town feel and willingness to work with me to keep rates competitive with the changing market.
