Everytime I go there the staff is always so friendly and they are quick with getting what u need done. They are very knowledgeable if I have any questions about things.

This Credit Union is the Best! During Covid, I was able to secure a loan over the phone and was Able to Pick up the Money, Same Day!!! And a added Benefit that no Bank would have Ever Done!! This is My Place,I would never Trust my Money, Credit, Reputation with any other financial institution. AAA+++

Tellers are helpful n nice. But this branch in middle of Houghton lake really needs 3-4 drive thrus and at least 3-4 tellers always. Especially with covid and drive thru used mainly.

Unethical manager that cares more about the credit union than his members. The manager is rude and condescending to clients. I went in and pulled three accounts yesterday. We have choices and it was a good choice to leave!

I have been with this bank for a few years now and as of today I'm looking for a new bank. I've had my credit card with this bank for a few years now and this was my second time being late on my payment went to go use my debit card and was Decline so I called the bank they said it had a hold on it because my credit card has a late payment. So I was mad I just deposited my check and wanted my money so I went up there and the lady told me I couldn't get my money till I made a payment I had planned on making a payment today when I got paid. I will be talking to a lawyer I don't see how they can hold my money because of being a little late on my credit card I could understand if I haven't been making any payments and they had a court order they even called me in the Beginning of the week to tell me it was due and i told them I was making a payment Friday when I got paid never did they say we're going to hold your money if you don't make your credit card payment rant over
