I CALLED TO ASK A QUICK QUESTION AND IT WAS OF A SENSITIVE TOPIC AND THE LADY SOMEWHAT ANSWERED MY QUESTION BUT AT THE END SHE THEN GIGGLED , WHICH MADE IT SEEM LIKE IT WAS A STUPID QUESTION. IT WAS VERY RUDE AND I FELT DISRESPECTED. CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO IMPROVE.

Trish and the front clerk were nice and very helpful. Trish took my wife and I to her desk and handled buisness fast. I would recommend this branch in Hudson to everyone.
