Security Credit Union, Imlay City, MI

I'm currently looking into finding a new bank or credit union. Any teller I've dealt with at the imlay city branch are absolutely amazing and they deserve raises. My problem started with recommending a friend and you get 100$ along with the friend, it didn't happen never received any information on it in the mail nothing. I wasn't even looking then, I thought about it but decided to stay until their computers were messed up and I guess the online transfers weren't working properly, on my end it said it was transferred but they charged 5$ for the transfer because of their glitches. I went in the bank and was told I would get a call because the manager was in a meeting, I never got a call. To some people it might only be 5 dollars but for someone like me it's much more when I'm saving every cent I can. Until I find another bank I will definitely be taking screenshots of everything I do from now on because that is extremely crazy to take money for absolutely nothing.

This is the worst credit union WE ever had to deal with. Half hour trying to get transfer to the Imlay city office. They never got us to that office. Kept transferring us to the wrong place. We have to go in person tomorrow I guess cause they Don't know what they are doing. UGH

Don’t waste your time trying to call if you need to know something, your phone will go dead before you get thru!

Do not trust this credit union with your money They don’t care about their members all they care about is harassment
