Unfriendly and judgemental staff. This company scams on overdrafts and conveniently will post higher priced items before lower priced items just to get the multiple overdraft charges! Buyer beware!

Been a long time member there for years. Tried several times to get my account balance and they don't even respond. Taking my business elsewhere.

Paid off my loan years early simply so I no longer had to answer humiliating questions about why a payment is late.

Staff- Holly very rude and condescending sounding over the telephone just by my asking a question with regards to a direct deposit/transfer. Then abruptly hing up on me before i could even tell her how rude she was.

I went to Awaken this morning to make a payment on my boyfriend's account. I understand now that their policy is you must have the account number to make sure it goes in the right place. That was not the problem. Like a previous review, I was waited on by Wendy. She was rude and loud. As I was leaving to go get his account number, which I had outside. I heard her telling another teller about it. I ended up leaving out of embarrassment. I do not have an account there, my boyfriend does. We have discussed opening a joint account and possibly refinancing another loan through them. I will never walk through their doors again. Both of us will be doing our banking elsewhere. Maybe brushing up on their customer service skills should be made priority.
