Unfriendly and judgemental staff. This company scams on overdrafts and conveniently will post higher priced items before lower priced items just to get the multiple overdraft charges! Buyer beware!

Staff- Holly very rude and condescending sounding over the telephone just by my asking a question with regards to a direct deposit/transfer. Then abruptly hing up on me before i could even tell her how rude she was.

I went to Awaken this morning to make a payment on my boyfriend's account. I understand now that their policy is you must have the account number to make sure it goes in the right place. That was not the problem.
Like a previous review, I was waited on by Wendy. She was rude and loud. As I was leaving to go get his account number, which I had outside. I heard her telling another teller about it. I ended up leaving out of embarrassment.
I do not have an account there, my boyfriend does. We have discussed opening a joint account and possibly refinancing another loan through them. I will never walk through their doors again. Both of us will be doing our banking elsewhere. Maybe brushing up on their customer service skills should be made priority.
