Nothing but issues every time switching banks. Beware if you have an account open with them they charge you any chance they can. Banking app constantly crashes or does not Work. Suggest trying a different bank if your looking to be treated fairly.

Great bank. I moved out of state a year ago, the online app is user friendly, and with mobile check depositing I feel no need to open an account elsewhere.

Lobby opens at 9am. Google states 8:30. Went through the drive through to ask lobby times and the lady tells me 9am......it's always been 9am. I don't ever go inside unless I am exchanging change twice a year. Not everyone knows this. I fet it was very rude.

This "financial institution" cant be bothered to do the simplest of tasks for their account holders. They have now made us miss our rental payment, which we pay extra to transfer weekly. They have double paid our payment on more than one occasion, directly taking food out of the mouth of our toddler, due to the fact they made us WAIT two weeks to receive the funds back into the account. It was TheIr error. It should have been returned immediately. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Get a credit union account, they've always been more accountable in my experience. This bank is a ridiculous excuse of an institution.
