An excellent staff of loan officers and excellent customer service. Staff is friendly very professional they will go out their way to make sure that they explain all the banking and financial and loan applications. They are a strong supporter of the United States military.

One star because of debby masnova trying to do loans when she is not a loan officer. Refusing to even do an app because my co signer (father) is out of state ...shame because the checking and savings have good %. Closed my account right away as she was rude and unwilling to work with me. Tellers were nice and handled the situation well

CoVantage doesn't accept credit cards as a form of payment unless you're a member, forcing you to sign up to their scammy fake bank or use their scammy ATM. Every business everywhere accepts credit, what a joke. Also the nasty woman with something on the side of her face who helped me was incredibly rude, using lots of hand gestures and making a lot of faces when explaining this to me. She is best suited for working from home and certainly not interacting with customers. I feel gross just driving past this useless fake bank, let alone ever going inside again.

I have a checking and savings through the bank. I was scammed, but fraudulently checks 5 checks to be exact. go through my account. At 10000 per Check. The back is saying it was my fault and I had to pay it back. Okay then. But my question is isn’t it the back to stop suspicious checks going into your account and call you to make sure it’s actually you or not before authorizing them especially when you don’t have 6 grand in any of your accounts? You’d think that would be there fault?

Friendly people. Great bank. I've been with them for over 10 years now. The 24hours daily ATM is just outside, next to the drive thru window.
