Brian was just great, very friendly, welcoming, great at explaining things, seemed very down to earth and kind. I was up there on a work trip and had no choice but to open an account and he made me happy to be banking with Flagstar. Gave some great tourism tips as well! Thanks again!

Would like to give a great review. If you are ever in need of a personal banker at this branch request for Ben's assistance. Ben went above and beyond. Ben has great customer service skills. He really helped my husband and I with our banking needs. Thank you Ben, we will always come to you and feel welcomed. If you didn't work there we would have closed our accounts.

This bank attempted to fill the gaping hole left after Wells Fargo packed up, and totally dropped the ball. Non-functioning apps, long call wait times, operators that claim they've made the requested changes to your account but they are never implemented. It as though they are making a conscious effort to be WORSE than Wells Fargo. That's tough to do, but it appears it might be the only thing they're good at. S'long!

Cannot get ahold of anyone to make a change to my mortgage. I switched insurance and it’s not reflected in my mortgage. Every time i call i get a robot on the line and it is not able to provide any relevant information. The website is not user friendly either. I have not had any positive experience with Flagstar.
