Absolute worst credit union to use. If you have more than one loan with them and no collateral on one they’ll take your payments without your permission and they’ll pay towards the opposite loan. You have no control over what your money goes towards. Pay one loan off and any extra money you have goes right to the other loan rather than back to you. The staff is rude as hell and the loan officers might as well be part time because you’ll be lucky to get in on a day they’re working. It will be a cold day somewhere before we use this joke of a credit union ever again. Our loans are paid and accounts are closed thank god.

Unfortunately they don't answer phone or open on time ever and staff is unfriendly

They are a decent bank however they are supposed be open at 9am but when I showed at 9:03 they were clossed and I waited for 30 minutes and they still were not open so I had to wait for a ride to take me through the drive through. Other then that I haven't had any problems!

Gave me and my mother decent loans and low interest rate my favorite bank in the area
