Service is generally poor at best. Tellers seem inconvenienced when you need a transaction. Dusty provides some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The Brown Street location is far superior.

Incredible staff of PRO's at the Horton branch! ALWAYS willing to help ...friendly on the phone ...and accommodating on any request. I've worked with them (heck, our whole family) for years!
