This place is trash. Was good at one point. Poor customer service. Came in twice. Wasted my time both visits. Due to incompetent staff. Will not attempt to use again. Will not recommend to others. Literally any place is better.

Alexis was extremely polite. Answered all of my questions. Very kind. I appreciate good customer service. Lovely business, I'll be returning soon.

Alicia at the S. Westnedge location was absolutely wonderful. The staff at every location I have been to has been wonderful and helpful. I'll never go to another payday loan place!

I've been with AA since last summer. I have always had nothing less than Exceptional Service although I've had a few issues regarding my account, receiving funds and renewing loans. Each and every issue was handled with a complete sense of urgency. They thoroughly explained the cause of the issue at hand and took immediate action in resolving it. I am very happy to have chosen AA vs. other lending centers in which I have done business. AA does business the correct way!
