Consumers credit union always has stellar customer service. Today, I was assisted with my auto loan and my experience was exceptionally seamless. They answered all of my questions and got me the information I needed! They are the best credit union in town and best bank around.

We've worked with Consumers twice (once on a refinance with Mauri Story, and just recently again for a personal loan) and have been beyond impressed with the customer service both times. Most recently, I worked with Tamera Hall on a boat loan -- she went ABOVE and BEYOND to get our loan processed quickly so that we wouldn't lose an amazing deal on a boat. Additionally, she caught an issue with the title (that we missed) and worked into the evening hours to get it situated for us so that it wouldn't be an hassle for us later at the Secretary of State. This was not at all her responsibility -- she was just being helpful and thoughtful! We had to go back-and-forth with the seller several times, and she helped us through the entire ordeal. She genuinely "had our back" in the transaction. Thank you so much, Tamera! This recent experience (as well as the customer service provided by Mauri Story a couple of years ago - thank you, Mauri!!) was outstanding. We're planning to switch credit unions (from Advia to Consumers) because of the positive experiences we've had with Consumers. They make banking easy!
