Eric was awesome to work with. He notified me of a great rate on a HELOC and went out of his was to keep me informed of the changing status of a promotion. I really appreciated the personal service and thoughtfulness. I don’t normally associate that with a bank:) At the closing Eric was efficient and answered my many questions. I highly working with this group at Consumers! *a side note. The online banking offered by Consumers is better than any of the other 4 banks I have used.

We worked with Omar to get our Home Loan. He did a wonderful job keeping us updated on things we needed to do and helped explain things to our understanding. He also kept us updated on things we needed to provide underwriting with and made sure we were approved. I will do all my business with Consumers from here on out. I've never had such wonderful service from any other bank/credit union. He went above and beyond to help us. I hope he gets paid well bcuz he deserves it!!

Page at the 9th street office worked with us on setting up our accounts, she was funny, easy to talk to, she explained everything in detail. We would recommend this branch and it’s staff to EVERYONE!!!!!

After covid hit my husband was in a very serious quad accident, and that led to some financial troubles that we couldn't come back from by our self. We went to our bank to no avail. At our wits end we walked into the 9th st branch of Consumers Credit Union and were greeted by the branch manager Christy Lash. Christy was very warm and welcoming. She took all the time we needed to explain our options, making sure we didn't have any questions or concerns, and if we did we could call or email, and within a week or so we had the help we needed, and currently do all our banking with them.

Nick at this location was very helpful, I had a serious situation that he helped me resolve. He said that he’s been at the 9th st location for around 7 months but he knew his stuff.

Our visit was very pleasant and our needs were handled very efficiently. Thank you.
