I love local, easy-to-access service, and Union Bank is at the top of my list today. I mistakenly sent a payment to an inactive account and could not reverse the transaction. A call to the service department at Union Bank, some clicking of keys, a few grumbles and chuckles from both of us, and the problem was solved. I so appreciate the patience and respect shown to me by Peggy. She helped me navigate the web site and she taught me a few things to make my online banking experience smoother. When I call Union, I can count on getting through to a real person quickly, and I always get exceptional service and answers to my questions and help with my problems.

Union bank has been slipping for years recently they refused to fax a document for us for no valid reason ( they at first said Hippa then they changed it to it has someone else’s name on on it)one they have been faxing everyday for 10 years once a month (it’s for home health state services for payees) except for last year I talked with manager to explain it has no information involving hippa no medical etc it’s just for payees, the new manger obviously has no clue what’s going on but simply refuses people faxes for whatever reason the other banks in lake Odessa said no issues with sending the fax and they had no idea why union bank would deny sending a fax like that I would say this was the first issue with union bank but it’s not sadly

Corporate headquarters; you'll have to go to the branch on M-50 to cash a check. Very helpful people for account related details.
