Rob has helped me on several occasions and has been very professional and knowledgeable to help me with any issues or questions I may be having. The worse company to deal with especially if there is a claim/damage to your home. Lack of communication. Nothing has been done in a timely manner. While my children and I are awaiting to try to get back into our home, this company doesn't respond directly with you to give you all of the details of the claim and any issues they have with documents. The contractor I hired has sent over the proposal with their license number included and affiliate mortgage still says they don't have the license information. After waiting 7 days, I had to call to find this information out! Nothing is easy or flows smoothly with the claim process. There has to be a better way to help people get back into their homes! This is the second time I've had issues with them. The first time was a money order I mailed in to pay the mortgage, they lost it. But then when I put a tracker on it 2months after, they find it ... Do not use this company!

I have received great customer service from this organization for a number of years, therefore I have no complaints. I needed help with a few things Mr. Robert was very helpful and patient also has provided excellent customer service. Many thanks!

Wonderful company to work with. Needed information. Generally 7 day process. Told them I needed it in 2 days. They had it for me next day. They are a great group there.i am greatly appreciative of their help.

Our mortgage was recently transferred over to Affiliate Mortgage and honestly it was the best decision they could have made. My credit score has increased drastically.
