Decided to stop in S. Cedar branch to open up a 6 month CD which had a very good rate. Roy was the branch employee that helped me through the process. The bank has some new technology with their ATM"s. Even though I am tech challenged, Roy walked me through the process and upon leaving, I felt comfortable with using the ATM. Every step of the way, Roy took his time explaining things to me, was very kind and did not pressure me to move all my accounts there. This is not your typical bank. Much better in many ways.

Brandy was amazingly helpful with opening my business account, and took care of some personal banking for me too. I look forward to continuing to bank here!

Consumers Representatives are amazing. Sarah and Keith are always willing to assist me with many of my financial needs 👍🏾. They care about me as member but more importantly they care about my financial stability and future goals. Sarah keeps me accountable regarding my financial situation and Keith tells me the truth about my finances even when I don’t want to hear it. He speaks facts and that is why I trust Keith. And the team as a whole treats me like family, they are my tribe🫶🏾.
