Flagstar Bank, Lansing, MI

Ann, Andrew & Nichole are awesome; always friendly and as helpful as requested. Been a customer for 25 years and always satisfied. Going to the bank is like visiting a friend. I have had less than helpful and down right rotten service at another large ;bank. Keep up the great work.

This bank and particularly the manager Ann is the worst bank customer service I have ever witnessed or experienced. They’re not helpful and act like they’re doing their customers a favor by holding and investing their money, paying low interest in return, and making it virtually impossible to access your money without jumping through several hoops and the hoops change daily. There is no consistent policy on closing your account and transitioning accounts due to divorce, asset allocation, death, early withdrawal or whatever reason I have or choose. IT’S MY MONEY! The story should be consistent and I shouldn’t get an attitude from a branch manager who makes a good living doing little, has ZERO customer service skills, and makes her money ONLY because people like me have kept their money there for decades. Worst bank and staff ever!

Flagstar team does an OUTSTANDING job making sure their customers needs are met! I highly recommend Flagstar Bank to all my family & friends.

What a horrible experience. Had a payroll check from a multi- million dollar company (who is a Flag Star member) and was questioned and integrated by not only the teller but the manager. How'd I come in possession of the check? Lot's of personal questions as well. Total harassment. Left without getting it cashed. Worst and most unprofessional bank I've ever experienced.

I've had good experiences here in the past, but when I walked in the manager was berating someone and overall being intolerable. This seems like it is a reoccurring issue based on other reviews
