I was told to email them my bank statements and earnings statements as one of the steps before getting a cash advance. I did exactly that and went into the office and Ms.Wallace told me they could not accept pictures or screenshots of statements. Which I know for a FACT were very clear. She then stated that when she prints screenshots, they come out blurry and she can’t have them blurry before she uploads them into my file. I asked why she couldn’t just save/download the docs from her email then if she was just going to put them right back into the computer anyway. She stated that her computer doesn’t do that. Knowing what I know from working for the STATE and going to school all my life, I know you can download documents onto your desktop from an email. CLEARLY she just didn’t know how to do it and wasn’t even willing to TRY. Very incompetent woman. Shouldn’t be having people who don’t know how to work computers working at a desk. Im only giving 2 stars because the sweet black lady receptionist was SUPER NICE. And she definitely knew how to work a computer. Power to her! That mixed lady needs to find a new job. Seriously.

Wish I could give a 0 star rating, was never told that I'd get half the face value of a gift card until after it was processed and told the amount she was giving me, and then said that it couldn't be reversed. She said she told me and she never did, lied right to my face. Never going back. Her name was Paige I believe, had a witness with me and she also said that we were never told about the half the face value deal. Can't believe I lost $50, SO ANGRY.
