Just trying to get some information about opening an account and on hold for 49 minutes 16 seconds. As soon as it sounded like I was being connected, an automated message says they are experiencing system issues and the call could not go through. I spent all that time listening to advertisements for other businesses and then didn't even get to talk to anyone.

I would give them 5 but if you have to call you will be on the phone awhile. They do call back but who knows when. But all in all I'm a fan, been hacked and lafcu got my money back. Bought an expensive tent and had issues. Lafcu took care of me. Thank you lafcu for taking care of me

I just want to compliment the online banking team. I have had a horrible accident and they have been prompt on answering My questions and providing me with whatever I have needed for a smooth transition on paying off my car. I appreciate their hard work and efforts. Especially Corey and Suzy. Isla has been very helpful at my home branch as well.

Not a great experience. Be careful when dealing with this company. Mortgages from deceased people get foreclosure with no remorse. You can try to rectify the situation. They will not call you back. Then you find out the shady business. It's a risk with this company.The loan officer Kimberly is the worst for not returning or acknowledging my calls.

Need improvement for Communication You are going to be on hold for a very long time until you reach any representative. You will also be lucky if you get a call back. They really need to improve this feature, as not everyone who banks with LAFCU lives close by and also need assistance over the phone.

I took all of my money out of this bank today . For a bank that has a water fountain in it you would think that everything would be professional . But the wait times are simply ridiculous…. I mean an hour wait and I drove there and there’s barely anyone there …. This bank needs to be shut down even though it has been in lansing for a while

I've been with LAFCU for 35 years. They're so friendly every time I call or messesge them for something. I love the ability to text with an agent now. So convenient!!!
