The refinance went smoothly . I received my funds promptly. My loan consultants were professional and knowledgable.

Very poor customer service. I was told that the funds would be available the next morning but instead I had to go to the office several times just to be told that they were working on it. Three days later I finally got my funds. Just don't make promises you can't keep. I'd still refer people to the company!

This was the easiest loan to work through. Mike helped me immensely and with a great attitude. They were willing to work with my situation and were very helpful and patient during this process that was completed the SAME DAY I walked in! Amazing. I would recommend this loan officer to anyone struggling right now. They worked with my budget and even gave me insurance coverage options that barely changed my total monthly payment. Terrible service constantly bombarded me with preoffers and when I finally apply you hear nothing. I ended up going to another bank for a loan when they never contacted me.

This is an awesome place if you need extra cash. They get you in an out in a fairly decent amount of time and faster if your tech savvy and can send all your information that they need online.
