All I can say is whenever I am in the Lawton office, the atmosphere is friendly and everyone is helpful! At my "advanced age", it's not unusual for me to have to ask for help. Usually from one of the ladies in the office, but at times from the teller that is working with me on the screen. They are always polite and helpful. A few months back I used the messaging system for help with check(s) that I had attempted to stop payment on. For some reason this message was never acted on. Anyway, that was my first encounter with Brooke. She was able to get it all straightened out and problems resolved!! Since that time I have made a point of working with her if or when I have an issue or simply need some guidance. She is kind, cordial, and has a great sense of humor! I'm very fortunate to have her on my side. I sincerely hope Consumers knows what a great asset she is to you, and especially the Lawton office. Thank you Brooke:)
