I took my nephew here so he could do business. The lady wouldn’t hand him his money until we went on here to do the review. If it wasn’t for that, everything else went smooth and she was very kind. He got approved fast which was good for him. Better than the first one I took him to. The one on fort street has horrible customer service.

Renee is such a sweetheart! I came in around 5:30 about 30 minutes before closing and she maintained a positive attitude, I know now a days people in customer service have terrible attitudes especially when you come in right before closing, nope not RENEE she maintained a very positive attitude and apologized to everyone for the wait even though she was very quick and helpful with everyone. Definitely the right person to have front and center at the desk, and definitely refreshing to come across someone who was so polite.
