Everyone in this office are great! I come a long ways, to do business with them.

The people in the office are actually very nice and helpful, but if you miss a payment, their corporate office is terrible. I've missed one paying on one loan, because I couldn't make it in time due to my mother being in the hospital. The following week, I went to the office and setup for the payment plan, but their corporate office called several times and sent me a really nasty letter. I've already made two payment under the payment plan. So I call them and they say, oh I apologize, the letter must've crossed in the mail. WHAT??? I would appreciate if the people in the office would call instead. Corporate is nuts and do not have all the info.

In office,very friendly, and courteous. I have not been late or missed any payments, therefore based on the other reviews expressing how rude corporate is I have not experienced that. The PDL should be your last result, once you borrow it is a vicious cycle of loaning and re-loaning. Just keep paying the high ass fee's in my case $79 bi-week (terrible). I created the craziness!

Ok place if you need some quick cash to get by until your next payday.. The people in the office are really friendly which why I'm giving it at least two stars. But do not miss one payment. Coporate will treat you like trash and it doesn't matter if your good customer. Not doing business with this place again.
