Good counter service.. But, Never, ever able to contact them.... Spent all that money on a giant useless building but can't hire enough employees to answer the phone... And put an ATM outside, with no coverage from the elements, that hardly ever works... The phone needs to be answered at a place that has my money.. And are OPEN

Keep a close eye on your accounts. If my loan wasn’t through safe harbor I would of already left.

I went with Safe Harbor Credit Union to buy my leased auto out. SHCU had the lowest interest rate around! Their representative Jackie was awesome! She did all the work for me! One of the smoothest transactions I ever had!

I've dealt with many banks, but Safe Harbor is my first credit union experience. It is, hands down, the best banking experience I have ever had. I love the people and I feel like home whenever I walk through the doors.

The tellers are amazingly kind but this bank clearly lacks any type of integrity and is seriously lacking in security. I've had my account hacked 3 times in 2 & 1/2 years and the second time when Microsoft got hacked and I went in one of there employees told me it had happened to hundreds of their customers. Why would they not call all of the customers then and make them aware, I never got a phone call and when I went to dispute they said since it had been over a month they couldn't do anything and I had to try to get back all my money myself which never happened. I could understand having to change my card one time, but 3 times I'm 2 & 1/2 years is ridiculous, most of the people are very nice but they clearly are a mom and pop operation that cannot protect anyone's money or do the right thing if they get hacked. I'm changing backs and encouraging everyone I know that banks their to do the same, shameful.

I love this bank and how everything is connected, however every time I make a deposit they ALWAYS without fail put it in the wrong account. Even after spelling mine and my husbands name and asking for it in our joint account it ends up not there. I am beyond frustrated with how often this occurs
