West Shore Bank, Ludington, MI

Josh (loan department) was fantastic in helping us get our loan for our 5th wheel, he answered all of our questions and made the whole process quick and painless. Alyssa (teller) is super patient and always so cheerful. Everyone at the Ludington branch is amazing and great to work with.

We were recommended to use this bank during the construction of our house. During the process of our construction, there were a few encounters with the bank, and the impression we got from the banks was that the bank catered to the builder. With our experience, banks are usually neutral parties. Not catering to either builder or consumers. Since the completion of our construction, we were able close out our mortgage and close out our savings account with them. Shortly after closing out our savings account we received notification that our account was overdue. They were requesting overdue fees. After contacting the bank, we were informed that they were going to fix the issue. Looking back, if you do not use your account they will remove a fee. Just beware if you do not actively use an account, fees may be applied.

I have been banking with WSB since 2018. I am very happy with the customer service, friendly faces and the help I can get whenever I am having issues with my accounts. I love how the are involved with the community to help make it a better place. I wouldn't want to bank anywhere else!
