Check `n Go, Madison Heights, MI

I have used this location several times while my new job printed checks till my direct deposit kicked on. The first few times were simple but last time the young skinny gal insisted I sign check. She proceeded to tell me she made mistake and couldn't cash it because it was meant to be not signed till it processed thru the check scanner. So unfortunately I was way too dependent on this check and trusted check n go to know thier job and I paid the price. She was unmoved by the mistake and the fact that I had to stress about money. They should keep wiser and more capable individuals on there. The two middle aged women are very good but this young 21 year old screwed me and didn't even buy me a drink. I'm frustrated with the whole thing but I relied on more professional individuals later.

Seemed ok but they basically had no money. Why not close for the day if you're literally a cash business that only has (4 or 5) 20's at your disposal?

This was the first time taking out a loan - very positive experience. Just had to mention that Milka was extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. This branch is very fortunate to have such a great employee! She explained everything in great detail and answered all questions/concerns. Would definitely recommend this branch in particular.

Did not care about pulling money out when I have other bills that now have to be changed to a different date. I DO NOT RECOMMEND if you do not pay them back, they will not care about anything else besides their stupid money. Lazy, rude, not professional, could care less about anything you may need money for (gas, food, clothes) just to be a rip off company. I will never loan from check n go ever again

I've been going to this location ever since the one on 9 and John R.closed. There is a new woman named Milka that works there, she was quick , thorough, very nice and polite. She is new but she does her job so good that you would figure that she worked there forever. I'm not going to a bank ever again. I'm only going there. Thank you for your hospitality Milka.
