Always great service. 10/21 Kyle is awesome we have been dealing with an issue for about 2 months and one contact with Kyle about it and he was able to get it cleared up in about an hour. Thank you so much Kyle for all your help you Rock.

Direct deposit put in the wrong account and bank did nothing to have my money returned to correct account. Absolutely a terrible institution. No checks n balances to protect there customers from a simple mistake and fix

Do not open an account with this institution. Their app is almost always down. You will be left unable to access your money. Forget doing any transfers or anything important like paying bills or rent. You will be left in a panic as you scramble to figure out what to do. Not only has this bank ruined my credit by not allowing automatic payments to come out, when my card was stolen they did nothing to cancel it and instead expected me to figure it out on my own. I waited on a call back from them as the money was drained from my account. This is by far the worst bank or credit union I have ever dealt with.

By far my favorite Credit Union I've had. They listen like family. And they never treat you like a number.

Oliva was very helpful, friendly and thorough. She was very patient answering all my questions. Kyle is always smiling and joking..makes for a very pleasant atmosphere.

Disrespectful. They give out counterfeit bills and take money from your account whenever they want. Will NEVER bank with them again
