I have used American 1 for vehicle loans before and I never had a negative experience. I called about starting a new auto loan with them and was put in touch with Karen Tobias at the Manchester branch. Karen was too sweet and abundantly helpful with the process! Outside of being extremely personable, she went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly for me. The loan process with her was completely painless which seems to be increasingly uncommon. I would highly recommend American 1 for auto loans, particularly if Karen is the one assisting you!

What a great experience! I got a flyer in the mail and thought that I may as well try to get a loan and see what happens. Within 15mins of filling out the loan I had a phone call and within 20 mins on the phone I was able to combine 2 car loans and a credit card. I can’t even believe how much I am saving a month. Almost $400!! Yes you heard me right! I have the same cars just a combined loan. Kim was so incredibly helpful and kind. The next day I went in and signed a few things and it’s all done. Just like that! It was so easy that I can’t believe I didn’t do it sooner. If you are looking to save money on a monthly basis then call them up right away. You will be so happy you did it!

American 1's customer service representative, Karen Tobias, went above and beyond her official responsibilities. After I applied for a 6% APY share certificate, I was difficult to reach to complete the application. Not only did she persist, and reply to all my questions when we finally connected, but she was cheerful, patient, and -- in the midst of what I knew was a storm of applicants -- she managed not to seem rushed. I was left with a very good impression of American 1 Credit Union.
