Drove down to get some ones and fives at 230 in the afternoon and was refused because they only had 150 left in ones between the three drawers running and it had to get them through Tuesday. Said they started the day with $1000 in ones. Poor management!

This is the best place!! They have a worker that helped me this morning with overcharged fees because I thought I was allowed to use it (stimulus check) right away . She took care of it for me and actually had a quick conversation with her about covid-19 with customers and etc. Their very lucky to have her as an emplyee!!!!! 5 stars for her!!!! Thank you!!! You are a rockstar hope you get to see this!!!! Thank you so much!!!! She is from Bel Air Michigan 4 front CU This Lady needs to be recognized for outstanding leadership!!!!

Absolutely love everyone here. Always find out what I need to, and all the folks are all so pleasant! Transactions are a breeze, and the hours are so convenient. Don't forget the Video Teller!

Honestly, been with them for 10 years. I've had more problems than solutions. My main issue is checking my balance and seeing a good positive amount. Then when I need it shortly after I'm in the negative and their system is all messed up. Its very frequent. With no charges either. Credit unions are great just not this one. I recommend pull your money out and try a different bank. I will be Monday moring.

I've been with this (Members CU) establishment for 25 years. Now, barely any human contact. I deposited a check that I've been depositing for 8 years through their "new" ATM system, issued from another local bank; they put a hold on it because I used the ATM function, which the teller 100 miles away told me to do. There's not even a normal counter to walk up to. It looks like a podium. I returned to make a cash deposit, the ATM canceled it. I had to go in, anyway. It's a giant glorified ATM with operators, that are remotely working. The whole place is cold and unwelcoming, as are the people.

Doing away with bank tellers and going all digital? Yeah no y'all just lost my service. 4front should be VERY careful moving forward. Wouldn't wanna cause a mass exodus of customers..
