Staff is very personable. However, after several years, that just isn't enough to keep us. Using the night drop, too many times the funds were put in the wrong account type (right account number). Titling accounts with beneficiarys took 6 weeks to get it done correctly. The biggest thing for me, though, is the fact that they do not have an ATM at their main office. With all the remodling they have done over the last few years, they should have added that service to their clients. They try to justify (to me) that they put one in the local grocery store--an additional couple of miles for me to get to, and the store isn't open if I come to town early-so ATM fees are the result.
