Forest Area Federal Credit Union, Manton, MI

Rude unfriendly tellers and very slow service I wouldn't recommend this credit union. They look down on the lower income people and treat them like dirt so sad you have to be rich to be treated like a human in this credit union!! Update: They called to resolve this issue so we will see how things go from here. I will revise my review after I see if things change.

It's a credit union. Not only did I call about my debt card expiring in November and was assured I'd get my card. Now December 4. No debt card. I shouldn't have to call to have my card order from a Multi-million dollar financial institution. Bills never stop.

The Manton branch is the best,all the workers are great!!!

Painfully slow customer service. I would not recommend trying to use the Manton location drive through on a Saturday.

The Manton manger was so pleasant when we were opening an account. She was so calm with a lobby full of customers. It is nice to feel appreciated as a customer. : )

This is one of the best Credit Unions in the area The workers are Always friendly and helpful Will recommend to anyone looking for banking needs

Kids were so excited and absolutely love their puppies. Staff is always friendly and helpful with all of our banking needs.
