Loan representative was very helpful in the process of looking for a used car loan and refinancing a current loan from another bank. In addition, was able to get a lower percentage on the loan.

Stephanie helped me open up a new account. Answered all my questions, and was very polite. You also get your debit card same day, I found that very convenient.

My loan officer Jordan was EXTREMELY helpful as I am in a different country and needed to take a loan out she made the process so much easier for me!
