We have been with incredible bank for almost 20 years now. They have carried out mortgages, provided multiple loans and hosted several accounts for us. I can’t say enough good. We have been treated beyond amazing. I recommend them every chance I get!

I love this small bank: everyone knows your name and it feels like a family bank. Nice change from corporate entities. I recommend it.

Ok! So once again, my Debit card is hacked. Averages happening about once a year. Not unusual, since we are surrounded by thieves these days. What adds to the problem is the banks inability to replace the card at my branch office. They tell me they dont have the ability to issue card locally. And they tell me that EVERY TIME I get hacked. They know it happens often but wont put into place a timely card replacement system, thereby holding my money hostage while they drag their feet getting me a new card. Thats not Incredible at all.!

The customer service is top notch. I've mortgaged two houses with the same loan officer, Mike Mattila, and will only go through him again for any future mortgage needs. Shawn Beckman-Owsley has helped me throughout the years with various banking needs, and I would recommend anyone to sit down and with her and see if she can help save or earn you more money in your normal day-to-day transactions. She just did it again for me this morning! Great team.

They have always been helpful, and also promptly notify us if there is a potential fraudulent use of our debit card number somewhere else. Service has always been fast and efficient.
