My husband and I stopped in tonight to open a savings. We were greeted by a very rude associate saying she would be with us I'm a few min. No smile, no eye contact, could tell she was annoyed we were there, as they were closing in a half an hour... and, I get told very abruptly, you will need to come back tomorrow. It takes 45min to an hour to open an account, and we are closing in 30 min. Come back tomorrow??? Thanks.... but, no thanks! We will fund somewhere much better, that doesn't treat potential customers like junk. I was so shocked by her whole disposition, and behavior. Definitely never returning there.

I contacted in what I needed to do to become a member as I love changes and I met a awesome Branch manager that made welcome to join explained well , also met a teller that was amazing , looking forward to bringing my business
