The staff have always been very helpful and friendly to do business with over the years.

Do not use Flagstar bank. Their customer service is not helpful, and they do not inform account holders of changes or issues with accounts until the account is closed, at which time they cannot give you straight answers or information about your account, because they delete all of the information with it. Also had issues with them sending out payments without my authorization or knowledge (and I am NOT enrolled in any automatic withdrawal payments.)

I had one bad experience with one teller, so no longer use this branch. The branch on E. Michigan has giver me great service, and that is the one I now use.

This branch is great to work with. All staff are very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Very satisfied!!
