Check Into Cash, Midland, MI

Check Into Cash Midland MI is a pretty good place to do just about anything with or for Cash and Checks. I utilized them in September of 22, and there is a worker named Brittney that is totally and genuinely nice and a great asset for the company. I highly recommend asking for her!

Shelly and Tanya are so friendly, my wife and i have been loyal customers for almost 10 years and if it werent for Shelly being so friendly and professional, we'd definitely find somewhere else. they both go way above and beyond to show us customers they truly appreciate us!!

Kali @check into cash will degrade you, belittle you and straight up bully you for misunderstanding something. She took my pay stub when I took the loan out and then claimed “she never received it” she made a copy of it and it mysteriously never ended up in my chart. Then when you call her out on it, she claimed there has been “several” problems with you, and that we will going forward refuse your service. She will tell you “goodbye” if you even try to speak to her. HORRIBLE customer service. Then the manager calls without a clue of what’s going on. Avoid midland if she’s working. I’ve been working with them for years, Pam, Brittany are great. But it’s not worth the mistakes that are being made, or to be literally degraded everytime you walk in the door.

Have been going to them for 2-3 years and they are always helpful with understanding what the process is. Great people and amazing work done every time.
